Located in an urban commercial zone, this intervention transforms a conventional floorplate into a responsive, human-centric workspace. The design prioritizes modularity, acoustics, and comfort—allowing the space to shift easily between focused individual work and dynamic team collaboration.

  • Wellness Integration: Natural lighting, acoustic control, and biophilic design elements (green walls, indoor plants, organic materials) enhance comfort and reduce cognitive fatigue.
  • Identity & Brand Cohesion: Material choices, color palettes, and spatial rhythms reflect the client’s brand culture, creating a space that feels both professional and personal.
